This is an exchange part and the old one must be returned. The old part must be reconditionable, so broken or otherwise damaged support arms cannot be exchanged and the deposit will be forfeited.

The deposit will be refunded after we have received the exchange part. Deposit is 150 euros and has already been calculated in the total amount of the support arm. Please send an email with your bank account number for refund. Naturally, no deposit will be charged in the event of an exchange at our location.
